Tamer’s philosophy is very simple; do whatever is necessary to guarantee his clients' satisfaction; ask about our HPG guarantee. "It is so simple and it works!" Being aware of your client’s needs and acting for them to achieve success is the prime commitment. Tamer is proud that last year over 75% of his business was either referred or repeat business with former clients, he has received many genuine. Being referred to family, friends and business associates is paramount to success.

Tamer has also played an influential role in the direction of the real estate industry as a Former President of the Ontario Real Estate Association (OREA) and the REALTORS^® Association of Hamilton -Burlington. Tamer’s insight in the direction of the industry is influenced by his involvement and knowledge gained from participating at those various levels.

• Obtained his Broker's license in 1987.
• Past Chairman Burlington Division of the Board.
• Former President of the REALTORS® Association of Hamilton – Burlington (1995).
• Former Executive Director for the Ontario Real Estate Association.
• Former Southern Ontario Director for the Ontario Real Estate Association.
• Former President for the Ontario Real Estate Association (2005).
• Fellow of the OREA REALTORS® Care Foundation – May 2005.
• Long Service Award recipient – REALTORS® Association of Hamilton - Burlington.
• Current Board member and volunteer at the Burlington Chamber of Commerce.
• Currently serving on the Board of Management of the Burlington Downtown Business Association (BDBA).
• Currently serving as a Director on the Tourism Burlington Board of Directors.
• Recipient of OREA’s prestigious Honorary Life Membership (February 2007).
• Recipient of the Award of Merit - REALTORS^® Association of Hamilton - Burlington (January, 2008).
• Elected to the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO) to serve on the Board of Directors for a 3 year term.
• Awarded Honorary Life Member of the REALTORS^® Association of Hamilton - Burlington for dedication and commitment to the Real Estate industry– January 2009.
